Shipping policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 5-12 business days
International Shipping: We ship to 27 countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier (USPS or DHL Express).
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking: All orders include tracking information sent to your email. You can monitor your shipment status through the carrier's website.
Customs & Duties (International Orders):International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@alertasafe.store within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you.
Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@alertasafe.store if you need to make changes.
